Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Kind Physiotherapy, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations/rescheduling and no-shows leaves a gap that could have been used to support another patient.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 fee.

No-Shows: If you miss an appointment without any notice, you will be subject to a $100 fee. This means you have not arrived within 15 min of the start of your appointment time AND have not given any notice.

Our Grace Policy: I understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. Each patient is granted one "grace" cancellation per year for true emergencies where the fee will be waived.
Please note that by booking an appointment, you authorize the clinic to charge the credit card on file for any fees incurred due to late cancellations or missed visits, as outlined in our policy.
Note on Insurance: Please be aware that most extended health insurance providers do not cover late cancellation or no-show fees. These must be paid out-of-pocket.

I value every minute of your treatment time. To stay on schedule for all patients, please note that if you arrive late, your session will still end at its original scheduled time. This ensures the next patient can start their care right on time.
In these instances, the full cost of the scheduled treatment will still apply. If you feel that the remaining time is insufficient for your needs and choose to reschedule instead, it will be handled as a late cancellation (subject to the late cancellation fee of $50).
