MVA Assessment and Treatment (60 min)

• The Diagnostic Treatment Protocol ( DTPR) coverage applies within the first 90 days of your accident date AND you choose to see a physiotherapist as your primary health care practitioner for any injuries incurred during the accident. 

• To book this session, the patient must start a claim with their car insurance company. An adjuster's name and claim number must be obtained before proceeding to book this appointment. 

• Note: this appointment will use up 1 unit for treatment within the DTPR

MVA Treatment 1-7

• Follow-up MVA treatment for existing patients.

• For patients that have already received an initial MVA assessment with the physiotherapist AND it's within the first 90 days since the date of your accident.

MVA Treatment Treatment 8-21 (15 min)

• Follow-up MVA treatment for existing patients.

• For patients that have already received an initial MVA assessment with the physiotherapist AND it's within the first 90 days since the date of your accident. 

• When we reach this point in treatment, each body part treated will be counted as 1 unit.

MVA OOP Assessment (60 min)

$225

• For patients who have gotten into a car accident and your injuries fall outside the DTPR, or you still require services 90 days after the date of your accident, and you choose to see the physiotherapist as your primary health care practitioner for any injuries incurred during the accident. 

• Please ensure a claim has been opened with your car insurance company and have received approval from your adjuster prior to booking this appointment.

MVA OOP Treatment

• Follow-up MVA treatment for patients that have already received an initial MVA assessment with the physiotherapist AND your injuries fall outside the DTPR, or you still require services 90 days after the date of your accident.
